These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application **Shreehari Appointment** ("App") operated by Shreehari ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.

2. Services Provided

The App is a platform that allows you to:

• View available appointment slots from listed service providers.
• Select slots and submit booking requests.
• Receive confirmations, reminders, and updates.

We act solely as an intermediary. We do not provide the actual services — those are rendered by independent third-party providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any appointment/service.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are subject to provider confirmation and availability. A confirmed booking creates a direct arrangement between you and the provider. Follow the provider’s displayed cancellation/rescheduling policy. We may charge convenience/no-show fees in the future (with prior notice).

4. Fees & Payments (Current & Future)

Currently, the App and bookings are completely free. We reserve the right to introduce fees (platform fee, premium features, subscription) in the future. Any such changes will be notified in advance via in-app notice or email, and continued use will constitute acceptance.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten providers/users.
• Interfere with App functionality (hacking, scraping, reverse engineering).
• Post offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Use automated tools to access the App without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for:

• Service interruptions, errors, viruses, or data loss.
• Provider performance, no-shows, or disputes.
• Indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (currently zero as the App is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, without refund or notice. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Surat, Gujarat / your city].

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
